The office has a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper files. It can get quite humid here, so we have fans going all day long. We try to help local people find opportunities that suit them, whether it is nearby or further away. It is practical work and we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just open up in the morning, check our messages, and start connecting people with employers. It is a simple life here, and we just keep at it.
