Our office for G4S Facility Services is located at a place called Shanthi in the East Pattom area of Trivandrum. The building number is TC 4/2447. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you’re familiar with this part of Kerala. We spend most of our time dealing with staffing and security details. It's not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The office stays pretty busy with people coming in for training or to check their schedules. We have a lot of paperwork stacked up on the desks because that’s just the nature of facility services. Trivandrum is a nice city, but the humidity can be a lot, so we’re glad for the shade the building provides. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing here. We’re just regular employees trying to make sure the sites we manage are covered and the staff knows where to go. There’s a lot of coordination involved, and sometimes things go wrong, like someone calling in sick at the last minute. We just handle it and move on. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed, even when we’re rushing to meet a deadline. We’ve been at this East Pattom location for a while now, and it’s become our second home. We just show up, do the work, and head back to our own families at the end of the day.
