We are located at Bhavani Bhavan, which is TC 17/736, House No. A-10 in Chitranagar. That is in the Poojappura area of Trivandrum. Even though the name says Bangalore, this is where we do our work here in Kerala. It’s a residential house that we’ve converted into our office space. Poojappura is a nice, green area, and being in Chitranagar means it’s quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. Focusmt India Private Ltd. has a small team here. We deal with medical transcription and related work. It involves a lot of listening and typing, so we usually have our headphones on for most of the day. The house has a nice porch where we sit sometimes during breaks to get some fresh air. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the city; it feels much more personal. We’ve got a few computers set up in the main rooms and a small area for files. We started this branch to tap into the talent here in Trivandrum, and it has worked out well for us so far. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the transcripts done accurately and on time. It’s a steady rhythm of work, and we like the local atmosphere of the Poojappura neighborhood. It makes coming to work a bit more pleasant than being stuck in a high-rise somewhere. We just stick to our tasks and try to keep everything running smoothly.
