The office is over at Anugraha VPS 241-C in Vattavila, right in the Thirumala area of Trivandrum. If you know the neighborhood, you know it's a busy part of town but our little corner is easy enough to find. We deal with life insurance, which sounds like a lot, but really it’s just about sitting down with people and going over the paperwork. A lot of folks come in feeling a bit worried about the future, so we try to keep the atmosphere calm. It’s just us here, handling the forms and explaining the different parts of the policies without all the confusing talk. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the families around 695006 quite well. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit thick, and the desks are messy with files, but we know where everything is. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a local office where you can just walk in and ask a question. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and sorting through the new applications. The afternoon is usually for meetings or catching up on calls. We aren’t trying to be anything flashy. We just want to make sure the records are right and the people who come through the door feel like they’ve been heard. It is steady work, and we like being part of the community here.
