Sridhar & Co operates out of the Fort area in Thiruvananthapuram. Our address is TC-37/275, a place we call Sreenidhi. Being in Padmatheertham North means we are right near the Padmatheertham Pond. It’s a very old part of the city, and you can feel that history when you walk around here. The atmosphere is different from the newer parts of town. You hear the temple bells and see people heading down to the water. Our office is a simple setup. We’ve been here for a good while, and the walls probably have some stories to tell if they could talk. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice walk. We just talk to people who come in and see what they need. There aren't any glass partitions or fancy lobbies here. Just a couple of rooms where we sit and go through our files. The humidity can be quite something during the summer months, but the breeze from the pond side helps a little. We like the quietness of the mornings before the crowd starts building up around the Fort. Most people in the area know us by name. It’s a tight-knit community in this part of Thiruvananthapuram. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a steady life here at Sreenidhi. There are days when the rain makes it hard to get here, but we manage. We just keep the files dry and wait for the sun to come back out.
