Fairway Associates

Our office is tucked inside Priya Cottage, right along Airport Road. It’s a bit different from your typical high-rise business building since it’s actually an old house. We like it that way because it feels a lot more relaxed than being downtown. Being near the Vallakadav post office is handy for us when we have to mail out documents for the associates. You can hear the planes taking off every now and then, but you get used to the noise pretty fast. It’s mostly just a few of us here handling the day-to-day paperwork and phone calls. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so the neighbors all know us. The garden outside needs a bit of work, but inside we’ve got everything set up for the business. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice to catch a breeze. It’s a simple life here at Fairway Associates. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in and say hello. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets backed up, but we just stay inside and finish what we started. It’s a practical way to work. We enjoy the familiar routine of coming into the cottage every morning and getting things sorted for our clients.
