Pvp Stores

Pvp Stores is right in the middle of Chalai Bazar. It is a very crowded and lively place, especially in the early mornings when all the vendors are busy setting up their stalls for the day. We are situated near the Muthoot Finance building, which is a place everyone knows, so it helps people find us in the maze of the market. The store isn't very large at all, so we have to stack things high up on the shelves to make everything fit in the space we have. It can get a bit disorganized when we are really busy, but we know exactly where everything is tucked away. The air in the bazar is always full of different smells and the noise of people haggling over prices. We don't use any fancy systems here, just a pen and a simple notebook to keep track of what goes out the door. The floor is made of old stone and it stays surprisingly cool even when it is very hot outside. We see a lot of the same faces every single day, mostly people from the local neighborhood coming in for their daily bits and pieces. There isn't much room to move around once a few customers are inside at the same time, but nobody seems to mind the squeeze. We just try to be helpful and get people what they are looking for without making a big deal out of it. It’s a lot of manual work, but it keeps us active and connected to the street.
