Msl Granite is run out of Nizam Manzil over in the Kottarakary area of Sasthavattom. We are located right at Tc 18/434 in Trivandrum, which is a fairly easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed even though the work itself is quite heavy. Granite isn't something you can move without a bit of effort and sweat. We spend most of our time out in the yard or near the main gate of the property. The house itself serves as our main point of contact. We’ve seen Thiruvananthapuram grow quite a bit over the last several years, and we have just stayed right here doing our thing. It’s not a polished showroom like you might see in the big cities, but it works for what we need. We mostly focus on the day-to-day tasks like checking the slabs for cracks and making sure the loaders are careful. The rain can be a real pain for us since it makes the stone slippery and the ground messy, but we are used to the Kerala seasons by now. Our staff is mostly local people who live nearby and know the roads well. We don't go in for big promises or fancy words, we just show people what we have in stock at the moment. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps things moving along without too much stress or worry.
