Kiran & Associates

We’ve been running Kiran & Associates from this spot in Chitra Nagar for a good while now. It’s right at No. 43, just across from Concordia School in Peroorkkada. Most mornings, you can see the parents dropping their kids off while we’re just getting the shutters up and starting our day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle all the tax and accounting stuff that comes our way. People usually find us easily because of the school landmark, though parking can be a bit tight when school lets out in the afternoon. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with files and the sound of the ceiling fan. We like it here in this part of Thiruvananthapuram because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile business park. Sometimes the neighborhood kids get a bit loud, but it keeps things lively. We spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking to clients who drop by for a quick chat about their papers. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which honestly isn't that often. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It gets quite warm in the office during March and April, but we manage with the windows open. It's just a regular local office trying to keep things organized for everyone who walks through the door.
