You can find us at Ragam, which is our office located on Kailas Lane in Kudappanakunnu. Being in Trivandrum, we get a lot of rain, and sometimes the lane gets a bit muddy, but it is a nice, peaceful area to work in. The office is essentially a part of the house, which makes the atmosphere very relaxed. We don't have a big HR department or a floor of cubicles. It is just Jayachandran, Muralee, and a few others working together. We handle our tasks one by one. The office cat sometimes wanders in, and we don't mind. It is a very local way of running things. Most of our clients are people from Kerala who prefer a personal touch rather than a cold office environment. We have plenty of files stacked up on the shelves, and the desks are usually covered in papers. We use ordinary pens and standard computers. There is no fancy tech here that we don't need. When we are not working, we are usually chatting about the news or what is happening in the neighborhood. It is a small team and we like it that way. We don't have a dress code; we just wear what is comfortable for the weather. If you come by, you will likely be offered a tea while we talk about whatever business brought you here today. It is just a quiet corner where we get things done.
