Ira Academy Of Excellence Llp

Our place is Lal Cottage, situated at the 18th Mile in Edakkode. It is in the Thiruvananthapuram district. We run an academy here and it’s a pretty basic setup. We have a few rooms where we hold our sessions and an area where we keep all our books and papers. It’s not a shiny new building or a high-tech center. It is just a regular place where people can come to learn. We have been here for a bit and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. Some of us walk to work or take the local bus. We spend a lot of time planning out the lessons and trying to make sure we have enough materials for everyone. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the pens go dry, but we just deal with it as it happens. We don't have a big staff of administrators or anything. It is mostly just the teachers doing all the work, including the cleaning and the paperwork. We keep things very simple and straightforward. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small academy trying to help out the local community. It gets a bit crowded on some days, but we just pull in some extra chairs and make it work.
