We are located right near the railway junction on Fathima Road. If you are coming by train, you can pretty much walk over in no time. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains going by all day, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. The school itself is focused on film, so we have bits and pieces of equipment lying around the rooms. It is not some high-end studio with glass walls, it is more of a practical space where people can actually get their hands on things. The hallways are a bit narrow and we have posters from old projects tacked up on the walls here and there. Students are usually hanging around the entrance talking about cameras or some movie they watched. It’s a bit of a gritty area, being so close to the junction, but it has a lot of character. We have some small editing rooms that stay pretty dark most of the day. The staff here are just folks who like making movies and want to show others how it works. We don't have a formal reception desk that looks all polished; it is more like someone's office where you just knock and walk in. It is a busy, noisy, and creative kind of place. We just keep things moving and try to help people learn the trade without too much fuss. There is always someone working on a script or fixing a light here.
