We are tucked away in Hill House, which is down Dooshiyoorkonam Lane in Bapuji Nagar. It’s a bit of a long address to write out, but once you find BN 29A, you’re in the right spot. Cert Educational Research & Training Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us who spend our time looking at educational materials and training methods. It’s not a flashy school or a big university campus. It’s more of an office where we keep stacks of books and papers everywhere. The lane outside is usually quiet, which helps when we’re trying to read or write. Pongumoodu is a nice enough area to work in. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped because we have so many files, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who really care about how people learn. Most of our days are spent researching or planning out training sessions for others. We don't wear suits or have big board meetings. We mostly just sit around the big table and talk about what needs to be updated or changed in the curriculum. It’s a simple setup. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. If someone brings in biscuits, it’s a good day. We’ve been here at TC 8/1615(2) for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s just regular work in a regular neighborhood. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just people who like books and learning.
