We are located at 560 C -14 in Jawahar Nagar 9, which is in the Kowdiar area of Trivandrum. It’s a nice part of Thiruvananthapuram to be in. We’re right near Stark Communication, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Deltathomas Granites is basically just a local operation where we manage stone supplies. I spend a lot of time on the phone or out at the yard. The office in Kowdiar is where we handle the paperwork, though I’d much rather be outside. It’s a bit more of a city feel here than some other places, but we try to keep things down-to-earth. We aren't some big corporation with polished floors. Our floors usually have a bit of grit on them from people coming in and out. We’ve been working in the granite trade for several years and have seen the city change quite a bit. It’s a competitive business, but we just focus on what we’re doing and don't worry too much about the rest. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. It feels more like a small community than a workplace. We don’t do big presentations or anything like that. If someone needs granite, they come by, we show them what we have, and we figure out the delivery. It’s simple and it works for us. We just take it day by day and try to keep things orderly.
