Bhasric Bharat Skill Research And Innovation Centre is located at TC NO. 24/786, in a building called Chandrika. We are on Brahmins Colony Road, right at the Narmada Junction in Kawdiar, Thiruvananthapuram. It is a fairly quiet residential area which is good for a research centre. The office is set up in a way that allows us to focus on our work without too many distractions. We spend a lot of time looking into different skills and how innovation can be applied in various fields. It is a lot of sitting at desks, looking at data, and talking about new ideas. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and not like a typical high-pressure office. We have shelves full of books and various reports scattered around. Being at Narmada Junction makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to visit us. The building is an older one, but it has a lot of character and feels quite comfortable for our team. We do not have any polished reception area or big corporate logos on every wall. It is just a place where research happens in a very normal, everyday way. Most of the staff live nearby, so it has a very local feel. We like the pace of work here in Kawdiar. It is a bit different from the busier parts of the city, and that helps us stay concentrated on the projects we are handling.
