We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements written on the walls. We just come in every day and handle whatever business comes our way. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people. We don't use any complicated systems or big words. We just talk to people and try to be helpful. Some of us have been in this area for a long time, so we know our way around Nedumangad pretty well. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Most of our work comes from just being around and talking to the folks we know. We do our own cleaning and make our own coffee here. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We like being in Kallara and being part of the local scene. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real work and it keeps us busy. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything organized and moving along.
