Nimuri L P School

Our little school is situated on 2nd Street, just off Medical College Road in Thanjavur. Being right near the Medical College area, it’s a familiar spot for many people living around here. We handle the younger kids since we are an L P school. The building is simple, nothing too flashy, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. You can find us easily if you are heading down that way toward the hospital. Most of our students live nearby, so they just walk over with their parents in the morning. It gets a bit crowded on the street during drop-off and pick-up times, but we manage to get everyone in and out. Inside, it’s mostly just classrooms and a small area for the kids to play during their breaks. We don't have much in the way of fancy equipment. We focus on the basic subjects and making sure the children are safe while they are here. The teachers are locals who understand the pace of life in Thanjavur. It’s noisy when the bell rings for lunch, which is to be expected with young children. We keep the place clean as best as we can. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People just talk to each other and that’s how they find out about us. It’s a quiet life on 2nd Street most of the time except for school hours.
