Glaxy Star Nursary And School Primary is located on Town Karandhai Road, near the East Gate in Thanjavur. Our pincode is 613001. Since we handle nursery and primary kids, the place is usually very loud and full of energy. The school is a small building right on the road, so it is easy for parents to drop their kids off on their way to work. We have colorful walls inside to make it look a bit more cheerful for the little ones. There are small chairs and low tables in the classrooms. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when all the kids are inside, but we make it work. The teachers are mostly women from the local area who are good with children. They spend a lot of time helping kids with their ABCs and basic numbers. We have a tiny area for playing, though it isn't much more than a bit of open floor. In Thanjavur, the weather gets quite hot, so we have fans running all day long. The smell of local cooking often drifts in from the nearby houses around lunchtime. We don't have any big fancy equipment, just some toys and books that have been used by many kids over the years. It is a simple neighborhood school where the focus is just on looking after the children while they start their learning.
