About Yamuna Ceramic – Building & Construction Material in Thangadh
Yamuna Ceramic is tucked away in Sarvoday Society on Tarnetar Road. It’s a decent place to work. We aren't on the main highway, so it’s a little less chaotic than some of the other ceramic shops around here. We’ve been part of the Sarvoday Society community for a while, and we know most of the people who live and work nearby. Our daily routine is pretty set. We open up early, get the floors swept, and start looking through the orders that came in overnight. Ceramics can be a messy business, and there’s always a bit of clay dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. Our main focus is just making sure the kiln temperatures stay steady and the tiles don't crack. It’s a hands-on job. We spend more time in our work clothes than in suits, that’s for sure. Tarnetar Road gets busy during certain times of the year, but mostly it’s just us and the other local businesses doing our thing. We have a couple of old chairs outside where we sit during our breaks. We talk about the weather or the news, just like everyone else. We’re glad to be here and we take the work as it comes, one day at a time, trying to do right by the people who buy from us.
