Our shop is tucked away in the Waman Waze Compound. If you know where the old Z.P. School is on Kalyan Shil Road, we are right near there. It’s in the Manpada area of Dombivali East. We mostly work with nuts, bolts, and various small parts that people need for building things or fixing machinery. The workshop is usually a bit messy because there is always some project going on or a delivery being sorted out. It gets loud with the machines, but we are used to it by now. We started small and just stayed in this same spot. People from the nearby industrial areas come by when they can't find a specific size of fastener somewhere else. We try to keep a lot of stock on the shelves, though sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different faces depending on the day. We don't spend money on fancy websites or brochures. We just talk to the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes the traffic on Kalyan Shil Road is a nightmare, but that’s just life here. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years. If you need something specific for an engineering job, we usually have a bin full of it somewhere in the back. It’s honest work, and we just keep at it every day, making sure the orders are ready. We know the regulars by name and that's how we like it.
