International Industrial Springs

International Industrial Springs has been operating out of Plot No. A/26 on Road No. 10 for quite some time. Wagle Industrial Estate is a noisy place, but it’s where things actually get made, so it suits us just fine. We spend our days around machines and metal. Making springs sounds simple to some people, but there is actually a lot of physical work involved. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or oil, and there is always a machine humming in the background. It isn't a quiet office job. We deal with various types of industrial components, mostly focusing on springs that go into bigger machines. Some of the guys have been working here for years and they know the equipment better than anyone. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just take orders, set up the machines, and make sure the parts are the right size. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine breaks down, but we just fix it and keep going. The heat in the estate can be a lot during the summer months, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the manufacturing, and pack things up for delivery. That’s pretty much the daily life here on Road 10. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work.
