We are located right next to the gas godown, which is a pretty easy landmark if you’re looking for us near Makhmali Talao. Our space in Manohar Smruti is on the second floor, and it’s where we spend most of our hours. It’s an engineering setup, so there’s always a bit of noise and the smell of metal or oil around. We’ve been in Phase-Ii for a bit now, and the routine stays pretty much the same. We get in early, check the drawings, and start on whatever project is on the bench. It’s not a quiet office job. We deal with real parts and mechanical stuff every day. Sometimes things don’t fit right the first time, so we have to go back and adjust until it works. The area gets a bit crowded during the day, especially with the trucks coming and going near the godown. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the work. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. The monsoon season can be a bit tricky because the road outside gets muddy, but we just put down some extra mats. We don't spend time on social media or anything like that. We're usually too busy with the lathes or the welding equipment. It's just a regular engineering shop doing its thing. If someone needs something fabricated or fixed, they usually just walk in and ask. It’s a practical place.
