We are based over in Ghansoli, specifically at Sadgurukrupa Apartment in Mhatre Ali. It's an older area but quite busy these days. We operate out of Flat 301. Most days involve just keeping up with the lodging side of things. It’s not a fancy hotel with a big lobby or anything like that. We are more of a private limited setup focusing on boarding for people who need a place to stay in Navi Mumbai. There's a lot of running around involved. Dealing with the paperwork, making sure the rooms are okay, and talking to the local folks around here. Sometimes the traffic in Thane can be a real headache when we have to go out for supplies. We've been at this address for a while now. It’s just us trying to make things work in this part of town. The building itself is easy to find if you know Mhatre Ali. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy. People come and go, some stay for a night, some longer. We just try to keep the place clean and functional. There’s nothing too complicated about how we do things. We just provide a spot for people to sleep and get on with their day. Navimumbai is growing fast, so there is always someone looking for a room. Anyway, that’s basically what we do here at Flat 301. No big corporate offices, just us.
