Xpress Chicken Hut Private Limited

Our office is in the Vashi Infotech Park, right in Sector 30A. We are up on the eighth floor in office 816. Even though it’s a tech park, we are in the food business, specifically focused on chicken. Most of our work here is administrative. We handle the logistics for our outlets and make sure the supply chain is moving. The office looks like every other office in this building—grey carpets, glass partitions, and some desks. It’s a bit of a contrast to the kitchens where the actual food is made. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers. The elevators in this building are always packed with people from the IT companies, so we try to avoid the peak lunch hour. Downstairs, the park is very modern, but our office is just a place to get work done. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls. We just have a white board with some numbers on it. The team is pretty small. We mostly just focus on making sure the chicken gets to where it needs to go and that the quality is what it should be. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking deliveries. Vashi is a good area to be in because it's easy for people to get to, but we mostly just stay inside and keep our heads down working.
