Our spot is over in Sec-3, B-10/13 in C.B.D. Belapur. It’s a busy corner of Navi Mumbai, especially during the lunch rush. People come in and out all day long, mostly looking for something quick to eat. The kitchen gets hot, and the floors need cleaning more often than you’d think. We’ve got a crew here that’s seen it all, from the morning crowds to the late-night hunger. It’s not like the movies; it’s just a lot of burgers and fries being passed over the counter. We spend a lot of time checking the fryers and making sure the soda machine is actually working. The pin code is 400 614 if anyone’s trying to mail us something, though that doesn't happen much. Sometimes it’s loud with kids, and other times it’s just quiet office workers on their breaks. We’ve had some staff here for years, and others come and go pretty fast. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep it steady. Belapur is a growing area, so there’s always new faces showing up at the door. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start the day. It’s hard work on your feet, but it’s what we do here in Navi Mumbai. Most days are fine, even if the ice cream machine breaks down once in a while. We just fix it and keep going because that's the way it works here.
