Wipro Cosultant is tucked away in Mira Road East. The office is actually in a residential society called Deepali Coop Housing Soc, specifically Flat 004 in Building Number 2, Section Number 6 of Shanti Nagar. Being in a housing society gives it a much more relaxed, local feel than a typical office block. It’s on the ground floor, which is convenient because we don't have to wait for the lift. We do a lot of consulting work from this flat. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of papers scattered around. Shanti Nagar is a well-known part of Mira Road, so it’s easy for people to find us. We have the usual neighborhood sounds—kids playing outside or people heading to the market—which makes the workday feel a bit more human. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people; it’s a smaller, more focused group. We spend our hours talking to clients and trying to solve whatever problems they bring to us. Sometimes we sit out in the common area for a break when the weather is nice. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to the consulting tasks that need to be finished. It’s a quiet, practical spot in Thane that works well for the kind of stuff we do daily.
