We are based out of a flat in Hetal Park, specifically Flat 704 in the Harsh building. It is right opposite the Jangid Estate in Mira Road East. Being in Thane, it’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area has everything you need close by. Since we are in a residential building, it doesn’t feel like those big shiny office parks you see in the city. We have computers set up in the rooms, and the kitchen is where we usually end up talking about our day. The KPO work keeps us busy with data and processes, so there is always someone typing away or on a call. Mira Road is a crowded place, and you can always hear the horns and the general bustle from the balcony. We’ve made this flat into a workspace that works for us. It’s not polished or corporate; there are stacks of papers and some old folders here and there. We just focus on getting the tasks finished for our clients. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when the workload gets heavy, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a straightforward setup where we just come in, do our jobs, and go home. No fancy perks or anything, just a solid place to work in a busy part of Thane.
