Our place is located in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Mira Road area in Thane. It’s a lively neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We do a lot of manpower and recruitment work here. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see stacks of files and people talking on their mobiles. It’s a bit of a crowded space, but we make it work. We’ve been operating out of this part of India for quite a while now. The staff here are mostly locals who know the commute well. We deal with a lot of international and local placements, so there is always a lot of documentation to sort through. It’s not a perfect system, and sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but we stay on top of it. We don't use a lot of fancy software to manage things; we rely more on just talking to people and keeping track of details the old-fashioned way. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We don't put on an act for anyone who visits. We are just a group of people working in Mira Road, helping others find their next move. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. We just keep the files moving.
