Ace Employment Services is based out of Navi Mumbai, specifically in the 400703 area. We’ve been here for a bit now, helping folks find work and businesses find staff. It’s a simple setup we’ve got. We aren't in one of those huge office towers; it’s more of a local spot where people can just drop in. Navi Mumbai is a bit quieter than the main city, which we like. The office has a lot of desks and a few old computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through resumes. It’s a lot of talking to people from different backgrounds. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We don't have a fancy dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. The neighborhood has some good places to grab a quick bite, which helps when we’re working late. We try to keep our files in order, though the cabinets are getting pretty full. It’s just us doing our bit to connect people with jobs. We don’t make a big fuss about things. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the pace of it. Being in Maharashtra gives us a wide range of people to work with, and that keeps things interesting every single day.
