So, we're located over at Shop No 1 in the Data Chaya Niwas building. Most people around here know Santoshi Mata Road in Kalyan City, and that is where you will find us. We are pretty close to the Mejwani Hotel, which is a big landmark for folks in Ekveera Nagar. Our spot isn't huge, but it's where we do all our cooking every single day. Thane 421301 has been our home for a bit now. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just stop by when they are walking past. The traffic on this road can get a bit much during the evenings, but that’s just how it is in Kalyan. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things are done right. It's just a regular local business run by people who live nearby. You see the same faces every week, which is nice. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. Just the shop and the staff here. Sometimes the rain gets heavy around here and we have to keep the floor dry, but we manage. If you're coming from the main part of Thane, it’s a bit of a drive but the locals know exactly where Shop No 1 is. We keep the place tidy and try to stay organized. It's a simple setup at Data Chaya Niwas and we like it that way.
