Vishal Valve & Engineering Services Company is situated in the Dharma Patil Compound in Dombivli East. We are part of the MIDC Phase 1 area, so it’s a very industrial setting with lots of other companies around us. Our specialty is valves and general engineering services. The workshop is usually a bit messy because that’s the nature of working with heavy metal parts and machinery all day. We have various tools and testing equipment spread out across the floor. Most of our work involves repairing old valves or assembling new ones for different industrial uses. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. Dombivli gets quite humid, so the workshop can feel a bit stuffy, but we just keep the doors open to get some air in. We’ve been operating out of this compound for quite a while now. The people who work here live mostly in the nearby residential parts of Dombivli or Kalyan. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. Usually, we just look at the job sheet in the morning and start working on whatever is most urgent. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. Customers usually come to us because they know we’ve been in the MIDC for years and we know how to handle the technical side of valves without any fuss.
