Our office is in Building No B-2, specifically Flat No 702, within the Kanchan Pusp Complex. If you know the area, we’re right near Suraj Water Park in Thane West. That’s usually the easiest way to explain where we are to people. The complex is quite large, and being in flat 702 gives us a decent perspective on the neighborhood. We’ve been operating Voltas services from this flat for some time now. It’s a residential-style setup, which makes the whole work environment feel a bit more relaxed and less like a cold office building. We have our desks set up and the phones are usually ringing with people asking about repairs or new installations. Thane is a growing place, and being near the water park means there’s always some activity nearby, especially on weekends. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate polished emails.
