Voltas Ltd

We are located right in the B-Wing of Balaram Co-operative Housing Society over in Kharegaon. If you know the Kalwa area in Thane, you know it gets quite busy around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the usual paperwork and managing local requests for Voltas. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Maharashtra. We’re on the west side of Thane, so traffic can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that is just part of living here. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we get the job done. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we manage. People from the society often pass by, and there is a real sense of being part of the neighborhood. It’s not like those big corporate offices in the city centers. Here, things are a bit more personal. We deal with cooling systems and such, which is pretty much essential given how hot it gets in Thane during the summer months. Being tucked away in a residential complex means we see the same faces every day. It feels more like a community hub than a strict business site. We just keep our heads down and focus on what needs doing. The address is 3, Balaram Co H.S, B-Wing, and we’ve made ourselves at home in this corner of Kalwa over the years.
