You can find us at A/5 Sonman House on Tilak Road in Dombivali East. We are right near Suyog Hall, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find the place. This office focuses on wind technology, but it’s more of a local hub for the technical staff and engineers who are out in the field. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking to the station. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but there is always a lot of movement. We have maps of wind sites on the walls and pieces of equipment sitting on the tables. It is a bit of a trek for anyone coming from central Mumbai, but for those of us living in the suburbs, it’s a good location. The building is older, so the plumbing can be a bit temperamental and the stairs are narrow. We aren't a big flashy energy firm with a glass building. We are the people who handle the logistics and the maintenance planning. There is usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table because the guys are always coming in and out from site visits. We spend a lot of time on our laptops checking weather patterns and turbine data. It is practical work and we don't worry much about how the office looks as long as the data is accurate and the field teams have what they need to stay safe.
