Veg Lord Food Express Private Limited

Down in Dombivali East, we are set up in the Sai Darshan building, right near Omkar Nagar and Sudarshan Nagar. It is a busy part of the Thane district, and there is always something going on outside. Veg Lord Food Express Private Limited is our small food business. We chose the name because we wanted something that sounded big, even though we are just starting out in room B-104. The "express" part means we try to get things done quickly, which is necessary in a place like this where everyone is commuting to Mumbai. Our days start early, usually before the sun is fully up, so we can get things ready. The workspace is a bit tight, especially when we have a lot of orders to pack. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment; it’s mostly just hands-on work. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the roads near the building a bit messy, but we still have to get the deliveries out. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of rules. We just work together and try not to get in each other’s way. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the ingredients and making sure the labels are straight. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but that’s how you run a food business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand, hoping to grow a little more each month.
