Started out at Tembhi Naka a long time ago. We are right over at Plot No-A-4 in the Durga Niwas building. If you know where the Jain Temple is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings start with opening up the shutters and getting the machines ready. There is always a lot of dust from the road and we spend a good chunk of time just keeping things organized. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we get things done. We deal with engineering stuff, mostly repairs and some small parts. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly it's just the sound of work. The neighborhood is loud, but you get used to it after a while. People stop by to ask for help with this or that. We try to keep things moving. The building itself, Durga Niwas, has seen better days, but it’s solid enough for what we do. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace and some tools spread around. It's a lot of manual work and checking measurements twice. We've been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open early and stay until the work is finished for the night. That’s how it goes here at Tembhi Naka.
