We're based in Kasara, right by Phulenagar. It’s a quiet spot in Shahapur. My family and I have been here for a while, managing things at Vaitarana Resorts. We don't have a big fancy office with a receptionist. It's mostly just us handling the day-to-day work from House No 53A/6. If you know the Bajarpeth area, you know it's a bit of a trek from the main city, but that's why people like coming out this way. We deal with the resort side of things, making sure everything is running okay. Sometimes the weather gets really rough during the monsoons, which makes the commute to Thane a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some massive hotel chain. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The address is easy to find if you're local, just ask around the market. It’s a practical setup, nothing more, nothing less. We spend most of our time making sure the paperwork and the grounds are sorted. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Not every day is perfect, and sometimes we run behind on things, but we get it done. People around here know us as the folks from the resort office. We’ve been part of the Shahapur community for some time now. We just want to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just a local business doing what it does best in this part of Maharashtra.
