Utsav Catering Service

Our catering service is run out of unit 206 in building 7/A at Patliputra Nagar. We are located right on the Oshiwara New Link Road in Jogeshwari West. It’s a busy spot because the Link Road is one of the main veins of the city, so there is always a line of cars and rickshaws outside. Our workspace is up on the second floor, so we spend a lot of time hauling crates and supplies up and down. It keeps us fit, I guess. The building itself is a typical residential and commercial mix where you can hear neighbors' televisions and the sound of children playing in the hallways. Inside our place, it’s all about the food. We have stainless steel tables that have seen a lot of use and cupboards full of plates and cutlery. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working kitchen. We often work late into the night to get ready for morning events. The smell of frying onions and spices usually fills the corridor, which probably makes our neighbors hungry. We don't have any big marketing team or a fancy website; most people find us because they live nearby or saw us at an event. It’s a practical, local business. We deal with the daily challenges of Mumbai life like water shortages or power cuts, but we always manage to get the job done. It’s just how we live and work here in Jogeshwari.
