We are in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, specifically at Flat 301 in Sector 8A. It’s just an ordinary apartment where we manage all our catering bookings. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy during the day with all the traffic from the main road, but we stay busy inside. We started this small venture because we wanted to work for ourselves. Most mornings begin with checking the inventory and making sure the supplies are ready. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We have a few desks and some files stacked up in the corner. People often ask why we chose a residential plot like Plot 121, but it just felt right for us at the time. The kitchen is always active, and the smells of different spices usually fill up the hallway. We have a small team of local workers who come in early. Some days are much longer than others, especially when there are big events happening nearby. We just do our work and try to get things out on time. There is no big corporate strategy here, just a lot of cooking and coordinating. Sometimes we drink tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows each other’s names and we try to keep things moving.
