Universal Gear Industries

You can find us at Gala No. 7B in the Suraj Singh Estate. We are tucked away on S P Road, right inside the Agarwal Estate in Jogeshwari West. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the sign for Universal Gear Industries, you’re in the right spot. We deal with gears and mechanical components mostly. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it with our lathes and cutting machines. It smells like machine oil and metal shavings most of the time. The workers here have been doing this for years, so they can tell if a gear is off just by the sound it makes on the bench. We get orders from all over the city, but we still like it when someone stops by the gala to talk about a specific project. It’s noisy because of the traffic on S P Road and the other workshops nearby, but we’re used to it. We don't have a sales team or a fancy website. If you need a gear replaced or a new one cut, you just come talk to us. We write everything down in the big ledger on the desk. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us and our customers. We aren't fancy, just a group of guys who know how to work with metal and keep the machines running.
