Trimurti Mumbai Foods Llp operates out of Shop Number 2 on the ground floor in the K.K Compound. You can find us right on the Mumbai-Pune road, very close to the Leelavati Housing Society. Being near such a busy main road means there is never a quiet moment during the day. We’ve been here for a while now, handling various food items and getting them ready for our local customers. The ground floor shop is actually quite small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we stack our crates to save space. Sometimes the dust from the heavy traffic on the road gets in, so we are constantly wiping down the counters and shelves. We aren't trying to be the biggest brand out there or anything. We just want to do our daily work and go home to our families. Our team is very small, mostly just family members and a couple of guys from the neighborhood who needed a job. We talk to the truck drivers who stop by and share bits of news about the road conditions. It’s a very practical and humble way to run a business. We don't have a website with lots of polished photos. If you want to see what we do, you just have to walk in through the front door. The ledger stays on the main desk and we write every sale down by hand. It gets very hot in the afternoons but we have a small fan that helps.
