We’re over in Vasai West, specifically in Shriniwas Society at B-15 in Shastri Nagar. It’s a quiet neighborhood in the Thane district, and we’ve been here for quite some time. We deal with steel, which is heavy and messy work, but we manage it from our office here. It’s not a factory floor, just the place where we handle the orders and talk to suppliers. The society is mostly residential, so we try to keep things low-key. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and usually a lot of paperwork scattered around. Dealing with steel means a lot of calls about weights, sizes, and delivery dates. It’s a lot of logistical headache sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. There are only a few of us in the office most days. We drink a lot of coffee and stay on the phone. Vasai has changed a lot lately, but our corner of Shastri Nagar stays mostly the same. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. If people need steel, they usually find us through word of mouth or old contacts. It’s a basic business run by people who have been in the industry for years. We just show up, do the numbers, and make sure the steel gets to where it needs to go on time. It is hard work but it pays the bills and keeps us busy throughout the year. We are just regular people doing a regular job.
