A To Z Metal

A To Z Metal is a small shop located at Shop No. 10 on Station Road. We are part of Survey No. 180 in the Wakan Pada area. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, and you have to go behind the power house to find us. We are also quite close to the ashram. We deal in all kinds of metal scraps and pieces. The shop is usually full of bits of iron and aluminum. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we work. We spend our days weighing metal and sorting it into different piles. It’s dusty and can get very hot in the summer under the tin roof. We’ve been here for a while and most of the local mechanics and builders know us. We don't have any big promises to make. We just buy and sell metal at whatever the going rate is. Sometimes people bring us interesting things they found, and we see if we can use them. It’s a simple life. We close up when the sun goes down and head home. The power house hums in the background all day long. If you need some metal for a project, you can just stop by and see what we have in the stacks. The walk from the station can be a bit long when it's hot, but the path is well-worn. We’re usually here regardless of the season, even when it rains.
