Amar Jagan Dhatavkar

I am Amar Jagan Dhatavkar, and I work out of Room No 2 in Karuna Niwas. This is over in Dombivli West, in the Umesh Nagar area. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main station road, which I appreciate. Thane 421202 is where I’ve spent a lot of my time. My room here isn’t very big, but it fits what I need to get through my day. Usually, I walk over in the morning, and the neighborhood is just waking up. Karuna Niwas is an older building, the kind where you know the neighbors and the sounds of the street. Being in Room No 2 means I’m right there on the lower level. I don't really have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is mostly just me sitting at the desk, looking through whatever work has come in. Sometimes the rains in Dombivli make the commute a bit of a mess, but once I’m inside the room, it’s fine. I have lived and worked in this part of Thane for a long time, so I’m familiar with the local shops and the people around Umesh Nagar. It’s a simple setup. No corporate branding or slick presentations here. Just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and the usual stationery you’d expect. It feels more like a home office than a business sometimes, which keeps things relaxed and easy to manage throughout the week.
