We are located at A-15 Kripanidhi in Panch Pakhadi. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most days are spent handling bookings or talking to drivers on the phone. People come in looking for help with their travel plans, whether it’s just a short trip or something longer. We don’t have a fancy office, just a few desks and chairs where we sort through paperwork. Panch Pakhadi is a good area to be in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for people coming by. We mostly focus on getting the itineraries right and making sure the cars show up when they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination behind the scenes that nobody really sees. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the emails. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed in the same building. It isn't always smooth, things happen like delays or weather issues, but that is just how the travel business works. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get to where they need to go without too much trouble. It is just a few of us here doing the daily work. We aren't a big corporation, just a local office trying to keep things moving for whoever walks through the door at A-15.
