If you know where the Sai Baba Mandir is on BP Road, then you can find us pretty easily. We are right opposite that, in the Sheetal Shopping Center Phase 2. The shop is A 101. It’s a busy spot in Bhayandar East. There is always someone walking by or a rickshaw making noise outside. We spend the day looking at fabrics and different things for houses. It’s mostly just us here, moving rolls of cloth or showing people different patterns. The shop gets a lot of light in the morning because of how it’s situated in the center. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road right there, so we are always cleaning the glass. People come in after visiting the mandir sometimes, just to look around or ask about prices for their windows and beds. It’s not a very big shop but we pack a lot of stuff in there. You have to watch your step because of the bundles on the floor. Bhayandar is always crowded, especially this part of BP Road, but we like being in the middle of it. We’ve seen the shopping center change over the years. Some shops close and new ones open, but we stay right here at A 101. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We just keep things simple and talk to whoever walks in. The day goes by fast when you have enough to do.
