You can find us on Deevanman Road, very close to the Saibaba Mandir. It’s a local landmark, so most people don't have trouble getting here. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while now. The area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Our work involves water systems, so you’ll usually see filters and tanks sitting around the entrance. The shop isn't very big, but we use every inch of it. It’s mostly just me and a couple of technicians. We spend a lot of our time out on calls, so the shop is sometimes empty during the middle of the day. We don't have any fancy displays or a salesperson waiting at the door. If you need something, you usually just have to call out or wait a minute for someone to come from the back. We started this because there was a need for reliable water services in the neighborhood. It’s practical work. We deal with leaks, installations, and regular maintenance. Sometimes the monsoon makes things difficult with the roads around here, but we still manage to get to our customers. It’s a simple setup. We like the fact that we are near the temple; it gives the place a calm feel despite the work we do. We just keep our heads down, do our jobs, and try to make sure everyone has clean water at home.
