Orbit Elevators

Orbit Elevators is located over at C-29 in Sector 4 of Airoli. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and spare parts scattered around on the desks. We spend a lot of our time out at different buildings, so the space here is mostly for sorting out the paperwork and grabbing the tools we need for the next job. It is a busy part of Airoli and finding a good parking spot near the door is always a bit of a gamble in the mornings. There is a small desk in the corner where the phone rings more than it probably should, and the walls have a few scuffs from moving heavy lift components in and out. Most of the guys are out on sites by nine o’clock, leaving just a couple of us to handle the calls and organize the schedules. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the old ceiling fan running as fast as it can go. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us as the elevator people who are always carrying metal cables or control panels. It is not a fancy corporate office with shiny glass doors, just a practical place where we keep our gear and manage the daily work of keeping lifts moving across the city. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs or wait for a delivery of parts to arrive from the warehouse.
