Our workplace is out in Vasai East, specifically inside the Siddhivinayak Cidco Industrial Estate. It is quite a long trek to get out here every morning, especially with all the heavy traffic you find near Dhuman Nagar. We have a few different galas here, from number 8 to 12A, which gives us a decent amount of room to do our work. The building is part of a large industrial survey area known as 37/4. It can get very loud during the day because of all the other industrial units around us making different things. We spend most of our hours inside the units, which usually stay a bit cooler because of the high ceilings and the way the air moves through. It is certainly not a polished office with fancy furniture. It is a real workplace with concrete floors and constant activity. Having the Vallim landmark nearby is really helpful for people trying to find the right turnoff to get to us. Usually, there are big trucks coming and going through the estate gates all day long. We have a small section set aside for office work and the computer, but most of the real action happens on the floor of the galas. It can get pretty dusty when the wind blows through the open gates. We have a good routine now, starting early to get things done. It is just how things are in this industrial part of Vasai.
