Kandivali East is a pretty intense place to work because it’s so crowded, but we like the energy here at Technocraft Indsutries (India) Ltd. Our office is in Barkha Bahar Chs, inside Thakur Complex. We’re in A-Wing, unit 42, which is just a normal apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got that classic Mumbai feel—a bit cramped but very productive. We’re in the Shreeji Park area, and it’s always busy with people coming and going. We deal with various industrial products and services. There’s no corporate polish here. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of work to do. The ceiling fan usually makes a bit of noise, and the traffic from the complex is always there in the background. We aren't interested in fancy mission statements or promotional talk. We just focus on the industrial tasks that our clients need. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes it hard to get to the office, but we usually manage. We know the local shopkeepers and the security guards at the gate. It feels like a real community. We take our breaks when we can, often just grabbing a quick bite from a nearby stall. Working in the 400 101 area means you have to be tough and keep moving. We’ve been here a long time and we don't plan on going anywhere. It’s just our daily life, doing what we know in the heart of Mumbai.
